I have a custom GPT that needed an update. I've updated as required, and see that the update has worked in the preview but when I press Update (save) it appears to save but then flashes up, very quickly (I cant see what it says, it's just a red small box), an error message and doesn't actually update. I've tested to see if it has been done in the GPT and it has not. Has anyone had something similar? #1171489862164168774

When that has happened to me, which it has while editing the GPT, which can generate a lot of prompts, it often meant that I was exceeding my 3 hour limit of 40 prompts and needed a timeout. Eventually I would get that explicit message. Not always that. I think that there are times when the site has just been temporarily down.
