Usage Cap for GPT-4 Reached when only 1 message was sent.

Steps to reproduce:
I typically ask a question and paste a screenshot. No previous messages in the day and then I get told my usage cap is reached. I reply later in the day and then the usage cap is reached again for no reason at all. Essentially hindering my GPT4 useless.

Expected result:
Usage Cap for GPT 4 reached, come back in a couple hours.

Actual result:

Hi, I forget if you've said before but: does anyone else by chance have access to your account that could be using it? Do you have chat history turned on, and if so are there ever any chats in there that you didn't create?

Any extensions installed that might affect ChatGPT? Have you tried in Firefox with no extensions at all, or maybe in the iOS/Android app to see if it's different at all?

No one has access to my account and no unusual activity is being done in the chat history. My chat history is filling up with more testing if it works messages than anything else unfortunately. I can try to see if it works on my other devices
