Hello, it's possible that your account has been compromised if chats are appearing that you didn't create.
First, you might want to check for any browser extensions you have installed where you might not be certain of their security.
Then, be sure to change your password. It's important to get rid of the possible extensions that are getting your data before you do this, so they don't just get your new password too.
