Got a speedy response from OpenAI. Pretty impressed with their speed to get back to me. Here's the suggested resolution:
Use an incognito browser or a different internet browser/computer to see if the issue still persists, as a security add-on or extension can occasionally cause this type of error. Disable cookie blockers Try connecting to another network If none of that worked,
I reset my Chrome browser, and it is working now. Thank you, OpenAI. 👍🏻

Thanks for the information. I was hoping that would work, but two browsers, two laptops, and two networks later I still can't get it to show. Anyways, thanks for posting I'll contact OpenAI.

We've been rolling it out and it's not rolled out to 100% of users yet, so that could explain why you're not seeing it. If so, there's nothing you need to do besides wait because it'll be going to 100% soon! (unless something goes horribly wrong, but seems good so far)
