the gpt was given a few prompts like "Design space flash sheet, colorful and any style" "generate a flash sheet of tarot cards including a woman with a sword" and its response was "I'm unable to fulfill this specific request due to content policy limitations. Let's try a different approach or modify the request if you have another idea in mind!" but theres nothing against the content policy in the prompt and this keeps happening with many prompts that follow content policy, sometimes when asked which policy it violates the bot says sorry and that its actually a technical problem then successfully generates the image
#Custom GPT randomly refuses to generate images for incorrect violation of policy

Hi @worldly sluice. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
Based on the information provided in the extracts, it seems like there might be a few reasons why your custom GPT is refusing to generate images for certain prompts.
-
Content Moderation: As mentioned in the OpenAI documentation (https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/images?context=node), prompts and images are filtered based on OpenAI's content policy. If a prompt or image is flagged, it will return an error. This could be the case even if you believe the prompt doesn't violate the content policy.
-
Technical Issues: As you mentioned, sometimes the bot acknowledges a technical problem and then successfully generates the image. This could be due to a temporary issue with the model or the server.
-
Security Mechanism: According to a forum post (https://community.openai.com/t/572008), there seems to be a security mechanism in place that prevents images from being displayed if their link has not appeared in a previous prompt. This might not be directly related to your issue, but it's worth considering.
