Unable to Publish Changes in Custom GPT After PDF Upload

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Uploaded a compiled PDF file to my custom GPT.
   FIle name : "ESC.V2.pdf"
2. Attempted to publish changes in the custom GPT settings.

Expected result:
The changes in the custom GPT should be published successfully after uploading the PDF file.

Actual result:
Unable to publish changes in the custom GPT after uploading a PDF file. The publishing process fails or does not complete.

• Browser: Firefox 122
• OS: Windows 11

I'm encountering the same issue here; I'm unable to publish changes. After compiled another PDF and upload them in Custom GPT.
