Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sent "Hello" in Japanese with GPT-4.

Expected result:

Answers should be generated without reloading.

Actual result:

  1. Generation stopped.
  2. Reload to see the all answers.

Browser:Google chrome
OS:windows
Two of my colleagues had the same symptoms.
However, I was able to use it normally when I checked the operation in the same environment.
I had VPN connected because I was using it within the company, but I had been able to use it without any problems so far.

We do not use a VPN.

The email addresses of the users are "tosi19651031@yahoo.co.jp" and "hama@rohto.co.jp".
These two users are using ChatGPT Plus.
My colleague who is using the free plan is able to use ChatGPT.

We thought that one of the causes was blocked by our internal proxy device.
So we did a communication capture with WireShark using ChatGPT Plus and the free plan of ChatGPT.
As a result, we guessed that the "54.65.22.118" and "no" addresses were the cause of the problem, and we configured the proxy to exclude them, but the problem persisted.

One more question - does it happen 100% of the time on the affected accounts? Or only sometimes (50%, or more or less)

This issue happened last Friday and was not resolved for four days from then until yesterday.
But this morning it suddenly became usable.
This is the first time this has happened, but it has been happening for the entire 4 days.
I tried using chrome and Edge during the 4 days and both had the same symptoms.
