GPT4 just can't analyze anything with its code interpreter

chrome / windows typical setup, nothing in console, all i have to do to reproduce it is analyze anything

i am getting a lot of "An error occurred. Either the engine you requested does not exist or there was another issue processing your request. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." errors though
