This problem has been replicated on both Windows and macOS operating systems, utilizing two distinct internet connections. Despite the OpenAI system status indicating everything is operational, the interface fails to progress or display any messages after input. Notably, after refreshing the page following a period of inactivity, the previously awaited response becomes visible.
