I am using the OpenAI API in my product. Where are the terms for the OpenAI Copyright Shield that they announced? I looked through the business terms and I did see section 10.1 but I don’t think that is it.

I'm sorry, but the information extracts provided do not contain any specific details about an "OpenAI Copyright Shield". However, OpenAI does have clear policies regarding copyright. For instance, OpenAI will not claim copyright over content generated by the API for you or your end users as stated in this help article (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/5008634-will-openai-claim-copyright-over-what-outputs-i-generate-with-the-api).

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, OpenAI has a process for you to send a notice as outlined in their Terms of Use (https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use).

For the most accurate and detailed information, I recommend checking OpenAI's official documentation or reaching out to them directly.
