#PDF's used as the basis for images without text introduce an error

I am trying to use ChatGPT Dall-e to add to a blank playing card template using a PDF with blank cards. ChatGPT throws an error once the upload is complete and does not read the prompt to get the necessary context for what to do with the PDF file.

To Reproduce:

  1. Upload the attached PDF file.
  2. After 30 seconds or so an error will appear on the top that says "No text could be extracted from this file."

Result I was expecting:
ChatGPT would read the prompt, realize that the PDF was the input image for Dall-e. Convert the PDF to an Image and then use that as the basis to produce a PNG with the card template provided in the converted PNG as the basis for the image generation.
