Hi @cobalt garden. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
The GPT Store is a marketplace where users can search for and access various GPTs. It was launched recently as mentioned in the forum post (https://community.openai.com/t/536475). However, access to the GPT Store is not available to all users. As per the forum post (https://community.openai.com/t/506129), the GPT Store is accessible only to paying ChatGPT members.
If you are a paying member and still can't see the GPT Store, it might be a technical issue. In such a case, you should reach out to OpenAI support for assistance. If you are not a paying member, you would need to upgrade your subscription to access the GPT Store.
Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:

@lucid shell I am a paying member and still don't see it
Let me check the knowledge base for you. One moment! :books:
If you're a paying member and still can't see the GPT Store, it's possible that the update is being rolled out gradually and hasn't reached your account yet. As mentioned in this forum post (https://community.openai.com/t/583202), the update doesn't happen for everyone at the same time.
You should receive a popup notification when the update has been applied to your account. If you still don't see the GPT Store after some time, it would be best to reach out to OpenAI's support for further assistance.
Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:

There are two ways to contact OpenAI's support team:
-
If you already have an account, simply login and use the "Help" button to start a conversation.
-
If you don't have an account or can't login, you can still reach the support team by selecting the chat bubble icon in the bottom right of help.openai.com (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support).
Please note that initial responses might be automated, but you can continue the conversation to reach a human support agent. If the issue persists, you can provide them with relevant information about your problem for better assistance.
For more complex issues, such as persistent errors, you can provide them with the following information:
- The model you were using
- The error message and code you received
- The request data and headers you sent
- The timestamp and timezone of your request
- Any other relevant details that may help diagnose the issue
