Problem is, it outputs GPT 3.5 when default for pro is GPT 4
In the top-left where it says ChatGPT 3.5, can you click the down arrow and switch to 4?

Hello, good day. I had a similar problem to yours; it seems it was my public IP that caused the problem. I called my internet provider to change my public IP, and the problem was solved.
