I have an account with an active payment method. There is no problem getting billed for gpt api usage, so it doesn't seem to be a card issue
Tried in:
-Firefox
-Edge
-Chromium

I just get the same white page that many other people have encountered. How do I buy credits?

I'm having the same problem. Don't have a GPT4 subscription, Just added c.$10 credit to try out DALL-E. But

  1. in labs.openai.com i can only see DALL-E 2 under products. When I click on the Buy credits button i get a blank page with labs.openai.com as the URL
  2. There is no access to DALL-E 3 in my account unless I upgrade to a paid monthly sub.

I just want to try it out - 2 or 3 I don't care - before i make the ongoing commitment.

Any ideas.
Tried in Chrome and the Chrome-based app.
