Unlikely. I've generated almost 20k AI images with various models, and this does not look like AI to me. The small details make too much sense, like the wheels on the car, and the person is too symmetrical. The painting style could be replicated, but a perfect replica of this is not yet likely, unless you use Midjourney's new "inpainting" feature, which even then might struggle to make such fine details at such a small scale. Not impossible, but not likely.
