We actually had a great conversation afterwards, we had two different appraoches to how we designed Persona, so that was really cool.

So when I gave my idea, it loaded the next screen rather quickly. So I didn't know if there were instructions at first. It's just, do I agree with this "interpretation of your request to set up an advisory board with personalized personas?" I felt if the directions were on a different screen, I wouldn't have been so confused at first.

Or put the instructions on the bottom of the screen.

I agree completely. I haven't found a good way to show the instructions in those short 4 boxes at the beginning. I'm open to ideas, however, if you have any.

I would do a series of short screens that is a quick overveiw of how this works , but post all instructions on the bottom of the screen. The quick overview can mention that. In fact, if you take a screenshot of a UI screen, you can then use like photoshoop or PaintDotNet and draw out wyhere elements are.
