If your account has been deactivated, it's likely due to a violation of OpenAI's content policy (https://labs.openai.com/policies/content-policy) or terms of use (https://labs.openai.com/policies/terms).
To appeal this decision, you can start a conversation with OpenAI from the Messenger at the bottom right of the screen. Choose the "DALL·E" option, select "Banned User Appeal" and include a justification for why your account should be reactivated.
If you're having trouble navigating the help center, remember there is a black bubble in the bottom right corner that you can press to get in contact with a human.
If you're unable to reactivate your account, you can create a new one with a different email address. However, be mindful that there are limits to the number of accounts you can create per phone number, and phone verification is required to generate your first API key on platform.openai.com.
