Mergers and Acquisitions. A good analogy is buying a house except more thorough. The buyer and sellers of business have teams of people analyzing a business for risks and value. It’s a several month period with lots of documentation. The tool I’ve built proved a RAG based Q&A system along with a more sophisticated analysis system that helps the people doing the work be more efficient and complete. Being able to perform this process more efficiently means an investment firm can look at more deal and increase their likelihood of investing in better companies.
