#ChatGPT only displays response after refreshing browser

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to ChatGPT
  2. Start a new chat
  3. Send message

Expected result:
Get response after a few seconds

Actual result:
ChatGPT appears to be processing the prompt, but doesn't actually return a response until you reload the browser AND click on the last chat on the sidebar, which is being saved as "New chat"

Additional information

Browser: either Safari Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12) or Mozilla Firefox 121.0.1 (64-bit)
OS: macOS 14.2.1 (23C71),

Follow-up: It seems to be related to the VPN service I use. I disconnected quit Hotspot Shield and it went back to working properly
