Polish this series of statements and questions into useful questions. Then show a possible answer for each.

How can I consolidate? Doesn’t seem like I should be paying for both.
I want to have “user-only” private chat with GPT-4 and don’t want to share every message to all users in the workspace. Can we set specific subsections in the workspace, that everyone has its own workspace (totally private, no sharing to other users). Or, anyone with teams subscription directly has GPT4 access in their own private account?

How do I create a single user account with higher rate limits? This is mostly being requested by developers needing to test their GPTs.

Only owners and admin should be allowed to invite new users. Why is this not the case?
A more integrated approach would be beneficial, offering a unified plan where resources and quotas can be shared between Personal and Teams accounts.

  1. Question: How can I migrate my ChatGPT Free or Plus account to a ChatGPT Team account? I don't want to pay for both.
Answer: OpenAI is planning to introduce an account migration option that will allow users to migrate their ChatGPT Personal (Free/Plus) workspace to their ChatGPT Team workspace, thereby transferring all chats and GPTs to the latter. This feature is expected to be available in the coming weeks. Source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8801890-can-i-migrate-my-chatgpt-free-or-plus-account-over-to-chatgpt-team)

  2. Question: Can I set up a private workspace in ChatGPT Team where my chats with GPT-4 are not shared with other users?
Answer: Yes, you can control the sharing settings for your workspace. You can set the "Chats can be shared with…" toggle to "No one", which means chats cannot be shared with anyone. Similarly, you can control who a user in a workspace can share GPTs with. Source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8411955-what-security-settings-can-i-control-for-my-workspace)

  3. Question: How can I create a single user account with higher rate limits for testing my GPTs?
Answer: If you're a Pay-As-You-Go customer and you've made a successful payment of $1 or more, you'll be able to access the GPT-4 API with higher rate limits. However, please note that access to purchase GPT-4 services and use higher rate limits is only enabled after purchasing additional account credits. Source (https://community.openai.com/t/358679)

  1. Question: Why can't only owners and admins invite new users to the workspace?
Answer: Hmm, I don't know enough to give you a confident answer yet. The extracts provided do not contain information about user invitation controls in the workspace. You may find more information in the OpenAI documentation (https://platform.openai.com/docs).

  2. Question: Is there a unified plan where resources and quotas can be shared between Personal and Teams accounts?
Answer: OpenAI is planning to introduce an account migration option that will allow users to either keep their ChatGPT Team workspace and ChatGPT Personal (Free/Plus) workspace separate, or migrate their ChatGPT Personal (Free/Plus) workspace to their ChatGPT Team workspace. However, there is no mention of a unified plan where resources and quotas can be shared between Personal and Teams accounts.
