To contact a person at OpenAI, you can use the chat widget available on the OpenAI help center. Here are the steps:

- Look for a black chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Click on this chat bubble to start a conversation.
If you already have an account with OpenAI, you can log in and use the "Help" button to start a conversation. If you don't have an account or can't log in, you can still reach the support team by selecting the chat bubble icon.
For billing issues, you can send a message via the chat widget and select the "Billing" option. When reaching out, please include your email address associated with your account and, if you're experiencing an issue with ChatGPT Plus, include the date you started your subscription.
