#Accidentally authenticated wrong account. Now can’t run action

I have a custom GPT that uses Zapier to log some data to a google sheet.

When I was on my phone and it asked me to authenticate, I accidentally logged into Zapier from the wrong account. Ever since, the zap won’t work because it is not on the authenticated account.

I even went and created a new custom GPT with the same instructions and it is still not asking me to re-authenticate with Zapier.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Based on the information provided in the extracts, it appears that changing or switching the authentication method used to sign into services like ChatGPT is generally not supported, even if you delete your account source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/4936824-can-i-change-my-authentication-method).

However, the extracts do not provide specific information on how to handle a situation where the wrong account has been authenticated with a third-party service like Zapier.

It's recommended to reach out to OpenAI support or the community forum for more specific guidance on this issue.
