#Error saving CustomGPT while publishing

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. I modify the customGPT
  2. I click Publish to only me
  3. I get the error message "Error saving GPT"
  4. The CustomGPT UI tells me I have unpublished changes

Expected result:
I expect the publish to work, updating the CustomGPT in the main page

Actual result:
The draft GPT is saved in the Configure section but the active GPT in the main UI is not updated

Browser: Chrome latest, cookies cleared
OS: MacOS latest
