Will there be any free GPTs or will they all need plus?

Based on the information provided in the extracts, GPTs will be available to all Plus users when published to the store. Free users will be able to see the GPTs, but they will not be able to start conversations with them source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8798878-building-and-publishing-a-gpt#h_f68162c5ad).

Access to the GPT store will be available to paying ChatGPT members only source (https://community.openai.com/t/506129).

Therefore, it appears that while GPTs can be viewed by free users, usage of these GPTs requires a Plus subscription.
