Over the last week or two, I've found ChatGPT4 dramatically less usable. Replies take a while to start and come back at half the speed they did before. Many replies fail. I click the button to "regenerate" them, but that almost always fails. I've started abandoning ChatGPT to use the services I used to use.

I'm accustomed to new product having growing pains. (I'm 50 years old, have a Masters in CS, have published research, and used all kinds of new tech.) I can understand slow. But the repeated failures is bad. Especially for a product I'm paying for after being on a wait list.

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

Type a request to ChatGPT4

Expected result:

A reply, written at 5 tokens per second or so.

Actual result:

Various non-performant actions. Sometimes it pauses and then says "regenerate". Sometimes it writes tokens slowly, like 2 tokens per second. Sometimes it cuts off mid reply, saying "regenerate". When I click "regenerate" it rarely restarts to completion.
