Serious question about BETA version

Does BETA mean that as users we can only expect consistent poor performance, never ending errors, and zero customer service? If anyone from the @sharp moon can clarify this it would be great so we can level set out expectations. This Discord is plagued with the same issues being reported every single day and nobody that matters says anything about this,
