AFAIK, OpenAI does not have a single service/API that can do that as a black-box. Maybe Alexa does...? Do you like programming? You could create something like this with a few months of programming. Making it voice-activated would probably make it twice as hard as it needs to be and might also interrupt the professor in the middle of his/her lecture.
