The new features are being gradually rolled out. In the mean time, you can try accessing chatgpt from an incognito window to force the update of any cache.

Yes unfortunately. If it still dosen't work, you sould probably contact support, even tough I doubt they have the time to answer.

You can submit a support ticket using the chat widget at help.openai.com -- it's the button in the bottom-right, click through the relevant options, then you'll get to a point where you can type in and submit your ticket for review! But yes, OpenAI staff are periodically present here as well 🙂

my post got deleted but im in the exact same boat as you. wasn't sure if this was my issue or GPT, seems like they just havent rolled it out to everyone. I really hope we arent just forgotten, I have submited a ticket but no response.
its just rough since I want to publish to the store my 4 gpts but I don't have the same publishing ability. I can publish to "everyone" but I cant select category or verify they are in the store...
Sounds strange, but nice to hear that I am not alone with that. In this conversation we have a few people experiencing the same issue, I just hope they fix it asap. Very sad to hear that OpenAI did not respond to your request, but I assume they have a lot of work to do... Let's just hope for the best. I'll open a ticket today as well, maybe if several tickets have the same issue it'll catch their attention... have a nice day guys

just to be clear, DIscord is not an official support channel, the fact that some of the OAI employees come here and reply to some bug reports are nice, but not their duty
