Hi! I bought chatgpt for team, but users can't accept it because they registered via Google account

Could you check a couple things: 1) for the person accepting the invite, after clicking the accept link, log in with the google account and see if you get added to the team (should show up in the bottom left menu where you can switch teams). Or, log out and log back in if they're already logged in. 2) Does the Google account email address exactly match the invited address?

The email in the Google account is the same.
Log out doesn't help
@hot light and I checked, it only works when the account (login) is created via email (not Google login)
