The link sent in the email has no relation to the actual workspace and members cannot utilize the purchased seats. For example, the link in the invitation email just goes to the home page: <a href="https://chat.openai.com" ...>Join workspace</a>. We are effectively paying for something no one other than the originating plan purchaser can utilize.

The team section started showing up in his OpenAI randomly. My best theory is the link is actually useless and the change is done automatically and enough time had not passed for it to show up.

Could you check two things for me? 1) that the email you're logging in with exactly matches the email that was invited, and 2) whether logging out and logging back in fixes the problem. Let me know if either of those work or don't work.
