#How to Transfer Custom GPT from Plus Account to New Team Account

I just upgraded my business from the Plus accounts to a Team account. However, my Custom GPTs are not accessible for editing or transfer of ownership to my new Team owner account. I need to cancel the individual account, and do not want to lose access to what I designed. Anyone know how? I have searched on OpenAI and there is no solution (yet). #1171489862164168774 #chatgpt-bugs

I received a response from OpenAI:

Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI support.
We recognize your request for a refund for your Team account and your decision not to continue with your Plus subscription. We're here to assist with this process.
While we're ready to assist with canceling your ChatGPT Plus subscription, please be aware that this action may lead to the discontinuation of your custom GPTs. Downgrading to a free plan increases the likelihood of not being able to use these services when you might need them.
ChatGPT Team offers a collaborative workspace to share with other team members. Users can have a ChatGPT Team plan alongside a ChatGPT Free or Plus account, allowing users to switch between workspaces. In the coming weeks, we will introduce an account migration option, enabling users to either:
• Keep their ChatGPT Team workspace and ChatGPT Personal (Free/Plus) workspace separate, or
• Migrate their ChatGPT Personal (Free/Plus) workspace to their ChatGPT Team workspace, thereby transferring all chats and GPTs to the latter.

So, based on this, we would need to keep our Plus account until we can migrate our GPTs to the Team account.
