If I disable history and training in the data controls, as a plus user, I can no longer select GPT4 as a model. It doesn't even show up as an option. This has effectively locked me out of absolutely all the functionalities I'm paying for.
If this isn't a bug, I don't understand what's the point of having the toggle. Paying users are now required to have history on otherwise they can access ANY of the extra functionality they are paying for. Why not just make it clear for paying users that their data will be used and if they don't want that to happen they should use the free version?
