GPT-4 on Plus plan is only working when we disable the privacy option (history + training disabled). This is a complete deterrent to using GPT-4 which makes Plus plan redundant for me.

Tried it on the mobile app and have the same issue. This means this is not an issue with the web interface. It's either a backend thing or a coordinated move by OpenAI on all interfaces
