Hello, is this happening in all new chats, or just in a specific chat?
all new chats and when trying to prompt custom GPTs to update
Do you have a VPN installed? What browser(s) is it happening in?
oops sorry forgot to include that in the post, but no VPN and I am on chrome. It only started happening today, last few days havent had any issue
logging out and back in doesnt fix it either
As a test, can you try in a fresh install of Firefox -- no browser extensions installed -- to see if the behavior is any different?
same thing there and in chrome incognito window. Looks like the error is isolated to + features. I was able to start a chat with gpt 3.5 but not 4 which maps to the issue above saying the api needs a workspace account
I see! Is there another network you can test on, perhaps a cellular network on a smartphone? Just trying to see if it could be a network or device thing, even if you haven't made any changes on your end.

looks like GPT 4 worked on android version both on cellular and same wifi network as desktop
Interesting, my guess then is it's gotta be something on your computer that it doesn't like. You mentioned no VPN but just want to double check: no VPN installed or no VPN enabled?
yeah none installed or enabled. It also only started today, and there is definitely an error in the api that is returning a 500. Is there anything in that request body I can send you that you would be able to reference in the logs for better insight into the error?
Anything else that could be filtering your traffic on the computer, like custom DNS settings, or firewall/antivirus?
As for sharing logs: I'm not sure there, someone from OpenAI may ask for something like that if they're able to review the case. If you want, you can go to help.openai.com and open the chat widget. Then get through the default messages, and you'll eventually get to an option to type your own query that OpenAI support can review and get back to you on.
Thanks, i started on open ai help and they sent me here in the meantime while they review it. Definitely nothing on the network and everything worked yesterday. Once the workspace and teams update rolled out i started having issues.
i guess the only thing to do now is maybe escalate this up and mention that the update may have caused some issues on at least my account?
