Actual result:

Hi there, there have been some other reports of broken profile pictures in GPTs, so it could just be related to some bug there, but I just want to check:
When you say you told the GPT to use the pic as the profile pic, did you do this in the "Create" tab of the GPT builder? If so, is the behavior any different if you go to the "Configure" tab and upload the pic directly from there?

Hi @gilded badge ! The prompts initially created the pic in the Create tab. I liked the pic so I downloaded it. After I noticed it was broken the 1st time I uploaded it on the Configure tab
it's "re-broken" 2 subsequent times
the pic is currently uploaded and visible on the Configure tab

Hi @crude minnow sure! I re-added the pic again this morning (the 5th-6th time I've done it). So once it breaks again I'll get it to you

Hey, I had this this issue in the past. For me using the chrome broswer fixed the issue.

the difference that I did yesterday for the 1st time was I used the upload photo option instead of telling the GPT to 'use the photo I uploaded as your profile pic'

There was a known bug with Firefox and Safari not being able to upload a profile pic, but I think it's been fixed now!

Yes that's correct, however I used Chrome browser for all interactions - not Firefox or Safari. (I just used those 2 browsers to test the broken link)

I'm having the same issue and it just won't hold onto any logo I either generate, or upload on either tabs Create or Configure it doesn't matter. I just want it to stay there. What is going on???
