I need to be able to upload an image and have it appear for my custom GPT.
Many others have posted about this here, so clearly others are experiencing it, but I can't find any information that indicates OpenAI is aware of this or that it is going to be resolved before the store launches.
I've had this issue from the beginning months ago, and now that the store is about to launch its getting urgent. Does anyone know anything about issue tracking at OpenAI or workarounds to this problem?
The only resolution I can find is to have DALL-E generate an image, but since I have an official logo that needs to match the branding of the app my GPT compliments, it's very important that it is exact and that it doesn't have the appearance of a cheap knockoff, as the DALL-E images do.
I've tried everything I can think of. Uploading the image in the GPT Builder temporarily displays it correctly then immediately it disappears. Uploading it manually under configure has never worked at all. I tried hosting it myself and providing the link to GPT Builder, thinking it was a image hosting issue, and it told me it doesn't support accessing external links. I also tried asking it to outpaint the image I uploaded and instead it just generated a completely different image.
