Bug Report, GPT Builder and Forum (Community)

Hey team, 2 core issues I can see. I am sure its related to upcoming release of the GPT store, but fully has caused issues in 2 parts of openai as follows... (issue time frame is over 24 hours)

Issue One - GPT Builder
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Browse to GPT Builder with a previously created GPT.
  2. Attempt to change and upload anything.
  3. Try to save.

Expected result:
GPT Saves with no issue

Actual result:
GPT Presents errors "Error searching knowledge" and "Error Saving GPT"

Additional information

Browser: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Samsung Browser (mobile) [also tested all in incognito]
OS: Windows 11 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy Phone

Issue Two - community.openai.com authentication
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Browse to community.openai.com
  2. Attempt to subscribe or login
  3. Error produced

Expected result:
Able to login or subscribe

Actual result:
Presented with error in either case "Could Not retrieve your user details. Do you have an active account."

Additional information

Browser: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Samsung Browser (mobile) [also tested all in incognito]
OS: Windows 11 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy Phone

Bumping this, since there has been zero movement, on this pretty potent issue. I have sent a support request in the support site, and I have also responded in kind , in the format being asked for, with high level of details, (pictures included). No response back to this ongoing issue, which for sure has been impacting me for 4 days, and others it looks like anywhere from 2 to 4 days. Its a bit insulting , slightly annoying to , check the lovely https://status.openai.com/ and getting the lovely "No incidents reported." when clearly something is wrong, if all the troubleshooting I did, solved nothing , as well as all the troubleshooting my peers in this community have done, still resulted in zero success. I understand things happen, but communication, is incrediable important, and would like some member of the team to at minimal address my and my peers concerns, please

Bumping this, since there has been zero movement now 6 days impacted

There´s various issues with custom GPTs, I've reported a few with no movement either in days, I think it may be correlated with the store launch or something... maybe everyone is trying to build a GPT and overloaded...

I had the same issue with community.openai.com and found a workaround! While not logged in, I tried to like a random post on the forum. It then prompted me correctly to create an account

I am having the same "Error Saving GPT" error with no information about the problem.
