Error saving GPT

I deleted an old file. Uploaded a new file. The file is uploaded but the GPT doesn't save. Gives me a "Error saving GPT" prompt every time. When I ask in prompts to list the files, it is still giving me the file name of the old file, that I had deleted. But in the configure tab, that file is already gone and there is a new file. The GPT never gets saved
