after trying to upload our main knowledge file, the GPT was repeatedly saying "Error saving GPT". Reverting back to previous version not working. same error message. After that trying to refresh the page now I am getting the error message "GPT inaccessible or not found". so painful

I deleted an old file. Uploaded a new file. The file is uploaded but the GPT doesn't save. When I ask in prompts to list the files, it is still giving me the file name of the old file I deleted. But in the configure tab, that file is already gone and there is a new file. The GPT never gets saved

hi. I did not do anything specific except opening also an incident with OpenAI's support to flag the issue and sharing how it happened.
