Infinite Loading

I've had similar issues for at least a month now. It crashes constantly with this too. I've tried on various devices and various different browsers and still the same issues. I've noticed others are reporting this as well but nobody from OpenAI seems to want to listen, acknowledge or take action on it to fix the root cause of the problem
