I have had this problem on GPT-4 on desktop for 2 months. It is completely useless. Created a new account and it's the same thing. WHAT do I do???

I have tried everything. I have emptied browser cache. I updated the browser. I am not on VPN. Using incognito window did not help. I do not have any browser extensions. I tried three different browsers, did not help. I disabled Adblock, did not help. I updated the MacOS, did not help. I am not using it in any way that goes against any TOS at all. Never got any warning.

# hardy bough Hi, do you have a VPN installed? What browser(s) is it happening in?

Tried Chrome, Opera and Firefox. Do not have VPN at all. There's a VPN function in Opera but I rarely use it and it makes no difference since its the same problem on all browsers.

Yes, sometimes, their names are yellow and have openai_logo logos next to them. They're sometimes present in this channel, the only official way to submit a support ticket, though, is on help.openai.com.

As a test, are you able to try starting a WiFi hotspot on your smartphone, and connecting your computer to that network instead of your current network? It could be helpful in identifying whether it's something it doesn't like about your network, or something on your computer itself. If you can try this, it would be best to then test in a private/incognito window of both Chrome and Firefox (Chromium and non-Chromium) with all extensions disabled, once on the hotspot network.

It works fine when using pghone as hotspot

#

They do not reply on there or it's a BS AI generated response.

#

Do you know any of their @ names
