I was trying to create my friend’s D&D character and I’m genuinely stumped at what’s triggering content policy if you guys can help me out.
There’s no way GPTs explanation is the actual reason, right?

you can also try using words that resemble what you want without explicitly saying A or B
example: let's do an image that resembles the essence of A

I'm not sure if this will work because ChatGPT and Dall-E might have different content policies. ChatGPT may not know why Dall-E blocked something as a result of it
