Hi, for a few days/weeks I no longer have access to the GPTs feature. I still have access to the old chat, but I can no longer create or import new GPTs.
Clearly, the error message is that I don't have access to this feature with my "free account." But I am indeed on ChatGPT+; I have access to Dall-E, browsing, and all the other features... It's just the GPTs that are a problem.
When I click on "RenewPlus," they tell me that my current plan is the free plan. When I click on subscribe, it takes me to Stripe with confirmation that I am indeed on a ChatGPT+ plan...
It's quite incomprehensible, has anyone else had this problem?
I tried changing browsers, I don't use a VPN or anything, but the problem persists.
