As the title states, I pay for GPT premium and in the middle of chatting with chat gpt 4 it suddenly switched me to 3.5. It happens on both my mobile browser and my app on iPhone. I get 1 message with GPT 4 before it kicks me down to 3.5.
It seems to claim that the model I requested is not available, even though I can clearly access gpt 4 occasionally. Sometimes it immediately sends me back to 3.5. It happens both on wifi and mobile data. I deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and it's still happening.
