To activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for OpenAI, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to chat.openai.com (https://chat.openai.com/chat).
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. In the Settings modal, click on Data Controls.
  4. Then click Enable on Enable two-factor authentication.

Please note that as of June 12, 2023, new 2FA enrollments are temporarily paused. If you've already enrolled in 2FA and are able to login, you can continue to use it or disable it if preferable.
