Am I the only one still having issues with this? It was reported a couple of weeks ago now. All of my custom GPTs that existed started working again. However yesterday I started work on a new Custom GPT, add an action today and getting the same thing as 2 weeks ago. No error messages given by the GPT, it just fails, reports that there was a failure to communicate and never asks to confirm or deny the action. Am I the only one? Has there been something updated that I missed?

I can confirm the Action is calling a collection of API endpoints that all endpoints work without issue in other environments. I have also tried different web browsers just to check, they all have the same issues. There is NO requests from the GPT to grant permission to access the action. The log files on my API endpoints are empty, there is absolutely no attempt from my custom GPT action to communicate with my API endpoints. Why is this happening?
