Thanks for sharing your insights! I see what you mean and I actually share your viewpoint.

Our goal here is to let the conversations flow naturally without interruption, but we do occasionally chime in if things start to get a little too much.

Thank you as well for letting me speak openly about this.

Yeah, I know you guys are trying your best. I really do very respect your team. I try to enforce your policies as best as possible with members.

However, I just think that some of these discord-specific policies are unnecessary. You don't need clean up in channels that have no problems. Midjourney's server is happily messy, and I think there is something to be said there.

Another thing I've learned about owning discord servers is that, if you strictly abide by the rules you think you should govern, instead of listening to your members, it will have a negative effect on your server.

If there are no problems, and if people are happy and helping, then its better to keep it the way the people enjoy the server. Not how the owners want the server to be.

Thank you for openly sharing your perspective, I appreciate the candidness.

As previously mentioned, our approach is hands-off unless intervention is required. In this case, a message came through Modmail concerning an excess of images in the #images-discussions channel. And after taking a look, it seems like a gentle nudge and a bit of light housekeeping would be helpful.

I've taken note of your feedback and I thank you for that. In this server, we aim for a structured yet open environment rather than the overly relaxed atmosphere you might find elsewhere.

Should you have any more thoughts or suggestions down the line, feel free to drop them into the #1070006151938314300 channel where anyone could chime in and discuss further. Thank you!
