I am using GPT-4 and often I keep getting errors where it does not provide a response. For example:

First response: Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.

I click regenerate.

Second response: Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.

I click regenerate.

Third response: Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.

I click regenerate.

Fourth response: Error in Moderation

I click regenerate.

Now I get: You've reached the current usage cap for GPT-4. You can continue with the default model now, or try again after 11:42 AM. Learn more
Use default model, because I've used up all my allowance!!! Generating 'Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.' responses!

It´s a new function lauched yesterday, officially launched, cuz a bug some weeks ago gave me access to it for 30 minutes. This function allow chatgpt learn from everychat you have, It will remeber your preferences, details of your conversations and who you are despite custom instructions, It will improve and learn from everychat to get better and more taylor to your preferences

and it will be possible to control this memory, so u can delete whatever u want from it, add new stuff, clean it all

there is a new conversation mode where ur chat wont be saved and used for model training

OpenAI will release it for some users, just random ones has access now

but as time goes on they will release to all of us

it will be a new menu in settings, called personalization, there u will be able to control the memory
