@magic aspen Hey! This form is now defunct. I'm super glad that it found it, this form wasn't well known (that I know of) by most users when it was open.
Now, linking to it isn't terrible, because it has the new link on the closed form, but https://privacy.openai.com/policies is where that link takes me, and that page itself says stuff is likely to continue to change in the near future:
"This page allows you to submit privacy rights requests to us. At the moment, you can submit only certain requests on this page. For instructions on how to access your ChatGPT data, read this help center article. Other privacy requests can be sent to dsar@openai.com. We are in the process of updating this page to allow you to submit other privacy requests to us. Please check back periodically to see if additional options have been added."
