chat gpt 3.5 switch from chat gpt4

I have the plus version and was very active in a chat. But suddenly there was an error and he couldn't answer. After restarting the program it switched to the chat gpt3.5 version and I can't change it. under the message after it is changed it says: "The previous model used in this conversation is unavailable. We've switched you to the latest default model."
I need a quick response because I absolutely need the premium version in this chat because chat gpt needs to access the internet. what did I pay for? I need the premium version in this chat again as soon as possible.

Ps: when I click on chat gpt 4 in the top left, I'm just taken to a new chat

Hello, there's currently no way to switch back from 3.5 to 4, unfortunately!

When you say there was an error, was it an error that you reached the GPT-4 usage cap?

So I just wrote a new message and then it said something like: Something went wrong or there was an error or it cannot be executed. But I'm not sure anymore. Then I often pressed the reload button so that it would give a new answer and the message kept coming. Then I restarted and suddenly it said that I was now in the gpt 3.5 model (screenshot) and I had no option to go back. However, it is extremely important to me that this chat remains in the gpt 4 model, as I do important work in this chat. Oh and no, there was no error message that my gpt 4 limit had been reached. I was then able to continue writing in new chats with gpt 4 and it was the first time I had something like that and I use chat gpt extremely often.
